I am much more of a savory girl, but I have been craving desserts lately! Last night I had some excess calories and came up with this little treat!
Peanut Butter Cup Dessert Quesadilla
1 whole wheat tortilla (120 calories)
1tbs of semisweet chocolate chips (80 calories)
1 tbs peanut butter (90 calories)
1 tsp cinnamon (0 calories)
Spread PB on half of tortilla. Equally sprinkle chocolate chips over it. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in the oven 375 till tortilla crisps.
This is definitely a treat as it is approx 300 calories! To save some calories you could use sugar free almond butter instead of PB, you could use half a Tbs of chocolate chips or even use half a tortilla.
I am a hungry person. I can always eat. But this filled me up! It was warm, gooey and crunchy all at once!
