1 Bunch of Fresh Kale
1 Tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp Season Salt
Pepper to taste
Preheat an oven to 350 degrees . Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
With a knife ,kitchen shears or your hands (that’s how I roll) remove the leaves from the stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and dry kale (I place them on paper towels for a while, if you have a fancy salad spinner go for it!).
Mix season salt, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. Using a pastry brush, paint/ drizzle kale over the kale
Bake until the edges brown but are not burnt, 10 to 15 minutes depending on your oven
After the kale chips cool, I store in small Tupperware containers that I can grab and go. Kale chips are a great and easy go to snack or side to have for dinner. Kale is so good for you, but not that tasty (in my humble opinion). So sneaking it into food/ disguising it is the way to go. You can try other seasonings (I have done them with garlic, adobo, kosher salt and pepper). Sooo many options!
