Crock Pot Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

1 lb of chicken breasts

1 container of chili sauce (I use Market Basket)

1/2 Tbs Hot Sauce (I mix this up for different flavors)

1 packet of taco seasoning

1 cup of water

1 red pepper

1/2 onion

1 green pepper

Shredded cheese (I use a lot of cheese, cause I am a fat kid. You only need half a cup to make 4 tacos)

Taco Shells (1lb will make somewhere between 8-12 tacos depending on how much meat you put in each one)

Directions

Finely dice onion and peppers. Add chili sauce, water, hot sauce and half of the peppers and onions into the crock pot. Mix it up with a spoon.

Sprinkle packet of taco seasoning on chicken breasts to coat them. Evenly distribute, do both sides.

Put chicken breasts into crock pot cook on low for 8 hours.

Shred chicken using forks. Equally distribute into taco shells of your choosing. Sprinkle with the rest of peppers and onions. Add shredded cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 for 5-7 minutes. chicken tacos crock pot 2
