Very Berry Protein Shake
This is one of my faves as far as berry inspired protein shakes go. It is more on the tart side, but refreshing for summer! 3/4c cold water 1 rounded scoop of whey protein (I use vanilla) 3/4 c raspberries (I use frozen) 1/2 c blueberries (I use frozen) 3/4 c kale (I use frozen)
