Very Berry Protein Shake

photo 1 (10)This is one of my faves as far as berry inspired protein shakes go. It is more on the tart side, but refreshing for summer!

3/4c cold water

1 rounded scoop of whey protein (I use vanilla)

3/4 c raspberries (I use frozen)

1/2 c blueberries (I use frozen)

3/4 c kale (I use frozen)

1 Tbs chia seeds

Mix water and protein first. Add berries, kale and chia seeds. Add ice if desired. Make “blender bottle” plus.
