Week 3 Exercise (Very Injured)

Monday- Abs

Tuesday- Strength Training (no squats or lunges)

Wednesday- Abs

Thursday- Rest & cleaned my house

Friday- Strength Training (abbreviated, just arms and back)

Saturday- 25 min cycling, lower body strength training

Sunday- Rest/ Corn Maze & Dog walk

Week 4 Exercise

Monday- CX Worx & strength training

Tuesday- 30 min cardio

Wednesday- CX Worx & strength training

Thursday- Yoga

Friday- CX Worx & strength training

Saturday- Rest

Sunday- 30 min cardio and strength training
