Meal prep is one of those things you just have to do have a successful week eating wise. I typically due my shopping on Sunday and meal prep on Monday as I am off on Mondays. I reward myself by watching Netflix throughout the process.
This week my meals will look like:
Mid Morning Snack- Egg Muffins
Lunch- Chicken Stir Fry
Dinner- Monday: turkey meatballs over zoodles
Wednesday: steak stir fry
Thursday: chicken and sweet potato
Friday: left overs or KC takes me out 😉
Dessert- Dessert Quesadilla or Fruit and SF Whipped Cream
